Refund Policy

1. The 7-day guarantee

Every purchase of Sprout of Faith is covered by a 7-day unconditional guarantee, counted from the date of purchase. Within this period you may request a full refund for any reason — no questions asked, no justification needed.

2. How to request a refund

• Sign in to your Hotmart account at hotmart.com;
• Go to My Account → My Purchases;
• Find the Sprout of Faith purchase and select the refund option;
• Confirm the request — Hotmart processes it directly.

3. How the money is returned

• Credit card: the amount is reversed on your card statement; depending on your bank, it may appear within one or two billing cycles;
• Other payment methods: the refund is processed by Hotmart through the same method used at checkout;
• The refunded amount is always 100% of what you paid.

4. After the refund

Once the refund is confirmed, your access to the product is deactivated. There are no penalties, fees or hard feelings — we are grateful you gave the material a chance.

5. After the 7-day period

Refund requests made after the 7-day guarantee period are not eligible, except in cases required by applicable consumer law. Even so, if you experience any technical problem with your access, contact us and we will help you.
